FLPP is open to organisations based in ESA Member States that participate in the programme.
These countries enable the development of technologies, systems and partnerships that support Europe’s future space transportation ecosystem.
Organisations from non-participating Member States are welcome to contribute to calls for ideas and attend selected events.

- Apply for FLPP funding and development support
- Join ESA-led working groups
- Take part in ESA’s space transportation roadmap
